You will be responsible for overseeing the operations of three outlets in Chandigarh, Panchkula & Mohali, ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, cost efficiency, and seamless team performance. You'll work closely with the CEO to implement systems, elevate service quality, and build a scalable, culture-driven organization.

Job Description: Food & Beverage Operations

Position Title: Head F&B - Operations

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports To: CEO

Location: Chandigarh

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Outlet Management: Lead daily operations across all outlets and the central kitchen to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high standards of execution.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage outlet managers, chefs, and service teams to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
  • Operational Systems: Implement and enforce SOPs, inventory control, hygiene standards (FSSAI compliance), and service protocols across locations.
  • Sales & Cost Optimization: Monitor P&L, reduce wastage, optimize food cost and labour cost ratios, and ensure outlet profitability.
  • Guest Experience: Champion a culture of excellence, warmth, and accountability in guest service. Handle escalations when needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary head, marketing team, and finance to align on launches, campaigns, and product development.
  • Reporting: Share regular performance reports with leadership and provide actionable insights from outlet data.
  • Beverage Programme: Have understanding of coffee, wine & cocktails.
  • Training Programme: Have to train staff for excellent guest experience.

Who You Are

  • A strong leader with 6+ years in F&B operations, preferably in premium casual or healthy dining formats.
  • Proven experience managing multiple outlets or regions.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, yet strategic thinker who understands scaling and systems.
  • Skilled in team building, cost control, and quality assurance.
  • Comfortable using tech tools for POS, inventory, analytics, and internal communications.
  • Passionate about food, people, and creating spaces that customers love and teams are proud of.
