Operations Manager Role

The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of facility operations, leveraging innovation and technology to enhance efficiency. This position involves overseeing manpower, developing budgeting controls, monitoring performance metrics, maintaining service level agreements, and reviewing vendor quotations and invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper maintenance of all structures and facilities is carried out
  • Manage personnel, including hiring, training, and development
  • Develop suitable budgeting controls and monitor performance metrics
  • Maintain service level agreements and ensure performance scores exceed expectations
  • Review all vendor quotations and invoices
  • Ensure timely submission of client-approved cost sheets
  • Verify accuracy of billing information
  • Conduct daily site rounds to ensure proper maintenance
  • Assist clients in creating annual budgets for site operations and developing management strategies
  • Review and update data, hard and soft copies, emails, and client files

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Marine Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 7-8 years of work experience in Facility Management, Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
