Job Title: Business Development Manager

As a key member of the organization, your role will cut across corporates, athletes, sports teams, and sports enthusiasts in general, with a focus on sustaining and establishing new revenue-generating partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end life-cycle of select key accounts, including reporting, compliances, social media, and renewals.
  • Actively engage with new corporate funders, making pitches and getting them on board.
  • Create customized proposals in sync with the partnership structure and available opportunities, coordinating with program teams, finance, and technical director.
External Partnerships & Athletes:
  • Single point of contact for external teams and athletes wishing to use the IIS Vijayanagar facility for training camps, sports science testing, and injury rehab and recovery interventions.
  • Conceptualize and implement initiatives, including pricing and proposal creation, stakeholder alignment, and timely billing and payment collections.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events at IIS.
HNI Fundraising & Relationships:
  • Drive the implementation of the IIS Patrons Club, including outreach to potential members, nurturing relationships, and converting them into donors.
  • Be the face of the organization and independently manage external stakeholders' visits to IIS, aiming to convert them into individual or CSR donors.
  • Organize boot camps for HNIs and groups at IIS, targeting eventual conversion into IIS donors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability and strategic thinking.
  • Keen interest in sports, particularly Olympic Sports.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with HNIs, Corporate Heads, vendors, and field staff.
