Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive experience from their first inquiry to their final resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and other communication channels. Manage and resolve issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.
  2. Order Management: Process and manage customer orders on our DTC website platform, including handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  3. Logistics Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for our shipping vendors. Work with them to track down and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
  4. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
  5. Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times.
  6. Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience 1-2 years working in ecommerce operations role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
