As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and personalized support. In this role, you will play a critical part in engaging with customers, achieving sales targets, building strong relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with Customers: Employ your excellent communication skills to highlight the value proposition of our products and services, ensuring that every interaction is engaging and informative.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Work diligently towards achieving and exceeding sales targets by employing consultative selling techniques and understanding customer needs.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Address Customer Inquiries: Timely and accurately address customer inquiries and concerns, providing relevant information and solutions.
- Sales Conversion: Proven experience in sales conversion, preferably in the beauty and lifestyle sector.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive approach.
- Rapport Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Results-Driven: Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
- CMS Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
