Senior Telecaller and Customer Support Specialist

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Telecaller and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in Hindi (mandatory) and knowledge of Kannada (preferred). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telecalling or customer support and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize and manage multiple customer calls simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- 1+ year of experience in telecalling or customer support.
- Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of Kannada and Telugu is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and business acumen skills.
- A competitive estimated salary of ₹2,64,000 per annum.
- A flexible shift schedule with regular working hours.
- A roster-based off day for relaxation and rejuvenation.
- Knowledge of 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler service and repair processes, preferably 2W EV knowledge.
- Ability to explain technical information to customers.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
