Experience Facilitator Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Experience Facilitator. As a key member of our interactive space, you will engage visitors in hands-on activities and workshops, creating a memorable experience for all.

About the Role:
  • You will guide visitors through our innovative exhibits, providing clear explanations and facilitating live demonstrations.
  • Maintain a safe and organized environment, ensuring exhibit functionality and troubleshooting minor technical issues.
  • Support crowd management during peak hours, promoting smooth visitor flow and effective communication.
  • Gather feedback from visitors and provide valuable insights to the museum team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging content and interactive experiences that cater to diverse age groups.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and deliver immersive learning programs.
  • Analyze visitor feedback and contribute to the improvement of our exhibits and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
Requirements:
  • Educational background in education, communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong public engagement skills and enthusiasm for interacting with people.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing situations.
