Relationship Manager Opportunity

Job Overview

The position entails acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, understanding their banking and investment needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
  • Participate in client acquisition drives, events, and outreach programs as needed.

Key responsibilities include providing inputs on financial products, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and maintaining proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in banking, wealth management, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
