Senior Data Analyst - R&D

We're seeking a seasoned data expert to drive our R&D projects, leveraging their expertise in data science and statistics to develop actionable insights. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.

About the Role:

  • Contribute to R&D projects, focusing on DTC initiatives, new data products, and bespoke segments expansion.
  • Design and define methodologies for measurement products and user identification.
  • Improve the quality of HCP onboarding, targeting, and measurement processes.
  • Audience IQ and DTC product development, identity graph, and data IQ.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate data reporting that meets client requirements.
  • Research and implement new data products or capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in creating SQL queries, data analysis, and manipulation.
  • Proficiency in Python, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, functions), and knowledge of distributed systems.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics or closely related field.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes, experimentation methods, and stats modeling.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including 3:30 pm - 12:30 am IST, with full remote work capability.
