About this Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Insights Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Gather and clean data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools for leadership and stakeholders.
- Predictive Modelling: Develop statistical models for forecasting and decision optimization.
- Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to understand analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Communication: Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and convert data into strategic insights.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
