Job Description

At the forefront of shaping the future of energy through innovation, sustainability, and digital excellence, we seek a highly experienced Senior Performance Analyst to play a strategic role in optimizing and scaling our digital performance across global markets.

As a key member of our team, you will lead end-to-end performance analysis across paid media channels, develop and own advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business growth.

  • Lead comprehensive performance analysis across paid media channels, leveraging expertise in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain cutting-edge dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights and facilitate data-driven decision making.
  • Drive strategic recommendations by distilling complex data into actionable insights that fuel business growth and inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring seamless alignment and effective execution.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on attribution models, conversion paths, and media mix optimization to inform data-driven decisions and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles, with a strong track record of driving business results.
  • Expertise in digital ad platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools, such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL, to extract insights from complex data sets.
  • A solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to connect performance data to strategic business outcomes and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
