Senior Lead User Researcher

Empowering People with Data-Driven Insights

The role of a Senior Lead User Researcher is to drive the user research strategy and lead cross-functional teams to develop deep user understanding and empathy.

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to identify user needs, behaviors, and motivations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including design, product management, analytics, and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and user-friendly products that meet customer needs
  • Design and execute experiments to validate research findings and inform product decisions
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
  • Communicate research insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in user research, preferably in a fast-paced industry
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality research studies on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with human-centered design principles and agile methodologies
