Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including CRM systems, event registrations, sponsor reports, and feedback forms.
  • Design and maintain dashboards that provide real-time tracking of leader engagement, sponsor ROI, and event performance.
  • Uncover patterns in leader participation, content virality, and market trends to inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, content, and sales teams to deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop predictive models for leader turnout, sponsorship success, and community growth.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within B2B, SaaS, events, or community businesses.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Exceptional ability to transform raw data into intuitive, visual insights.
  • Hands-on experience with data cleaning and handling large datasets.
  • Curiosity-driven mindset to explore beyond the numbers and challenge assumptions.
