As a Data Insights Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping businesses make data-driven decisions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand and document business requirements. This involves gathering information from various stakeholders and creating comprehensive reports that cater to the client's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Work closely with the founding team to support client projects and internal analytics.
- Identify patterns and trends that can help businesses optimize their operations.
- Assist in automating data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate findings clearly through reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate good knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Some experience with Python for data analysis is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and take up responsibility.
