Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to spearhead our data analytics efforts. This role will play a critical part in the migration of enterprise data solutions from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms, ensuring business continuity, data integrity, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and collate analytics and reporting requirements.
  • Analyze and conduct feasibility studies of the requirements.
  • Identify source systems, source data sets, and source tables needed to fulfill the requirements.
  • Develop technical solutions to meet business needs.
  • Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional design documents.
  • Perform unit testing of the solution.
  • Support business teams for completion of user acceptance testing.
  • Facilitate communication between business and IT teams.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance in the new environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering roles.
  • Understanding of supply chain business processes.
  • Experience working on analytics-related projects and implementations.
  • Good exposure to SAP ERP systems like ECC or S/4HANA.
