Job Title: Production Process Optimization Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the establishment, stabilization, and optimization of manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will have expertise in leveraging Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) and Industry 4.0 concepts to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation on the production shopfloor.

  • Develop and formulate functional architecture and requirements for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Evaluate MES platforms and identify areas for improvement to enhance production efficiency, quality, and reduce costs.
  • Provide consulting services to clients on automation, IoT, and data analytics in the manufacturing space.
  • Analyze production data to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Design strategies to improve production performance indicators.

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with MES tools such as Siemens, NEXEED, PTC, or Dassault.
  • Experience with IoT platforms like Insights Hub, Azure, or AWS.
  • Strong project management skills with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Business development appetite with market scanning and growth opportunities creation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in production management, business management, or a related field.
  • Possession of a Master's degree is desirable.
  • MBA from a top-tier institute is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in the Battery or EV OEM or consulting industry in the Smart Plant vertical.
