Job Title: Netsuite Functional- 5+ Years

This position is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our team and leverage their expertise in Netsuite ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Netsuite functional components, workflows, and scripts.

  • We are seeking an experienced Netsuite expert with a minimum of 5 years of experience in operational roles and project management.
  • The successful candidate will be able to design and architect process flows for end-to-end business processes, ensuring that all designs are optimized and SOX compliant.
  • The ability to work well in a collaborative team setting, communicate effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
  • A strong understanding of business processes, change execution, and process development is required.
  • Experience working with professional services organizations, applications like KANTATA, and technical teams across different time zones is a must.
  • Candidates must have extensive Netsuite reporting experience and the ability to drive process changes and reverse engineer processes if needed.
  • Bonus points for experience in additional systems like Salesforce, Zuora Revenue (Rev Pro), COUPA, and VENA.
Required Skills:
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and conflict resolution management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of business users.
  • Mandatory requirement is to have functional experience in Receivables, Order Management, and Inventory within Netsuite.
  • Strong Netsuite ERP Knowledge and experience in Setups and Configurations, Saved Searches and reports.
