Operational Excellence Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned NetSuite professional with 5+ years of experience in an operational role, along with project and/or change management expertise. This is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking individual to leverage their skills in process development, execution, and optimization.

  • Maintain business processes compliant with SOX regulations while working closely with internal and external auditors.
  • Develop strong relationships, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Demonstrate exceptional ability to gather information, design process flows, and optimize existing ones.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet objectives on time.
  • Provide excellent communication and problem-solving skills, conflict/resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Showcase exposure to process development and change execution, interacting with all levels of business users across functional teams.
  • Possess extensive Netsuite knowledge, including setups and configurations, saved searches, and reports.
  • Hold functional experience in Receivables, Order Management, and Inventory within Netsuite.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NetSuite ERP Knowledge and experience.
  • Strong relationship building and effective communication.
  • Ability to gather, organize, and evaluate data for requirements and specifications.
  • Experience with Auditors both internal and external.
  • Experience in high-change, rapidly growing businesses.
  • Knowledge of Netsuite technical components, scripts, workflows, etc.
  • Ability to drive process changes and reverse engineer processes if needed.
  • Extensive Netsuite reporting experience.
