      • The chosen candidate will create pixel-perfect UI designs that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
      • A consistent design system and reusable components within Figma are essential.
        • Collaboration with Developers
        • Detailed design specifications and assets will be provided to development teams.
        • Closer collaboration with engineers will ensure designs are accurately implemented.
          • Continuous Improvement
          • The selected individual will stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
          • Opportunities to improve user experience and optimize workflows will be identified and acted upon.
            • Cross-Functional Communication
            • Design concepts and rationale will be presented to internal teams and stakeholders.
            • Design reviews will be facilitated, and constructive feedback will be incorporated promptly.
