We're looking for a senior UX Designer located in India to join our product experience group.

This role requires strong UX leadership across product teams and initiatives, influencing priorities and aligning with cross-functional partners on scalable, system-oriented experiences that support strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conceptualizing innovative new product design solutions that evolve and differentiate our customer experience.
  • Shaping ambiguous ideas into concrete user stories and innovative product experiences using a user-centered design process.
  • Collaborating with data scientists to experiment and evolve our design composition and design generation algorithms.
  • Collaborating closely with our design systems and marketing design teams to ensure generated designs meet high quality standards.
  • Contributing thought leadership and design execution towards a long-term experience strategy and vision.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience designing innovative digital products within large-scale product ecosystems.
  • 5+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content and user research teams.
  • Strong graphic design fundamentals including visual and typographic craft.
