About the Role

Crafting cutting-edge software solutions is a key component of our mass customization businesses, serving over 17 million individuals worldwide. The Senior UX Designer will contribute to the user experience of the design to life flow from conception to launch, utilizing user-centered design methods to create industry-leading designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the user experience of the design to life flow from conception to launch
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members and stakeholders on product problems, solutions, requirements, roadmaps, and priorities
  • Leverage data, consumer insights, and UX research partners for foundational guidance on product direction, and new concept validation
  • Present concepts to immediate and cross-functional team members with confidence and an open mind to feedback and constructive criticism

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer, preferably in the B2C e-commerce space
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered and innovative design solutions with measurable outcomes for users and the business
  • The ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional peers, including designers, product managers, and engineers
  • Experience leveraging quantitative and/or qualitative data to inspire simple design solutions and decisions to complex customer and business problems
