We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process for enterprise web applications from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.

Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and accessible design solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experience. You will also create end-to-end design workflows, design system management, and accessibility practices while working on impactful products that serve global enterprises.

To succeed in this role, you will need 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design preferably with enterprise B2B or SaaS platforms. A strong portfolio demonstrating workflow-heavy enterprise web app design is essential. Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools is required, as well as knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need a Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design Graphic Design Human-Computer Interaction or related field or equivalent experience.
