Product Design Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Lead to spearhead the development of our enterprise UX solutions.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced designer to shape the future of AI-driven interfaces and conversational agents, driving user engagement and empowering enterprise users.

  • Architect and deliver elegant UX solutions for complex systems, leveraging your expertise in product design and interaction design.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to translate feature requirements into intuitive design experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end design for generative AI experiences, focusing on prompt flow interfaces and visual agent orchestration.
  • Develop and maintain component libraries and style systems to ensure predictable, scalable, and pixel-perfect UX.
  • Collaborate with teams to conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform AI behavior and trust in UI interfaces.
Required Expertise & Skills
  • Minimum 5–8 years of dedicated product or interaction design experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise-facing products.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma—including building interactive components, prototyping, auto layout, design systems, collaborative libraries.
  • Strong visual and interaction design instincts, with a portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX design, user flows, and interfaces.
  • Experience with generative-AI user experiences, including prompt-based interactions, conversational flows, or agent interfaces.
Nice-to-Have Attributes
  • Interest or experience in AI/ML interfaces, contextual prompting, or display of model responses.
  • Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines or retrieval-driven UX flows.
