Our Next-Gen AI R&D team is at the forefront of this innovation journey, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with artificial intelligence. We're looking for a skilled UX Engineer to join our team and help design cutting-edge Generative AI applications.

In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences that revolutionize our product offerings. You will collaborate closely with AI engineers and product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay current with emerging UX trends and integrate relevant practices into team workflows.
  • Design and implement user interfaces for GenAI applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and an optimal user experience.
  • Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate with GenAI Engineers to understand AI model capabilities and limitations, and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
  • Apply strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for AI-powered applications.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of total experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience in UX design and front-end development for AI or complex software applications.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing user interfaces, including creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with user research methodologies.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Curious and knowledgeable about generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering for user and team experience enhancement.
