Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team.

  • This is a critical role that requires someone with excellent design skills, creativity, and a user-centered approach to design solutions for complex products.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify user needs, and develop intuitive and engaging user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in designing dashboard interfaces, data-driven web applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Prototyping

Design and prototype intuitive dashboards and data-driven web interfaces that meet business requirements and exceed user expectations.

  • Craft compelling and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
User Research and Testing

Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to validate design decisions, identify areas for improvement, and inform the design process.

  • Analyze user feedback, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on designs based on results.
Design System and Guidelines

Maintain and evolve a consistent design system, ensuring all design elements align with company standards and best practices.

  • Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and component libraries.
Collaboration and Communication

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of projects.

  • Communicate design concepts, ideas, and plans effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful as a Senior UX Designer, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications, preferably in a B2B/SaaS environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing dashboard interfaces and data-driven web applications.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and responsive design.
