- A minimum of 3-4 years of work experience in securities, capital markets, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Membership Compliance and Verification- Process director's details applications according to Exchange/SEBI norms.
- Screen and verify all applications related to director details, shareholder pattern changes, and membership transfers.
- Update records and follow up with members via mail and phone calls.
- Scrutinize and process shareholding pattern constitution or re-constitution applications.
- Keep records updated and follow up with members via mail and phone calls.
- Process name and address update applications as per norms and update SEBI Portal.
- Ensure error-free processing within the prescribed timeframe and update CRM database accordingly.
- Closure of alerts in Trackwizz application.
- Maintain monthly databases and MIS/collation of data for SEBI/Internal departments.
