Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator to join our team. As an Atlassian Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful deployment and management of our Jira and Confluence environments.

About the Role:

  • The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that our Jira and Confluence systems are properly configured, managed, and optimized for maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • This involves collaborating with senior technical management, product owners, and project managers to develop, design, and implement requirements.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Your expertise in analyzing, troubleshooting, implementing, and supporting Jira and Confluence Cloud will be invaluable in ensuring seamless system performance.
  • In addition, your ability to manage Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud within a professional environment will be essential in maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration and Management:
    • Configure and maintain Jira and Confluence environments to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
    • Develop and implement best practices for system configuration, security, and user access management.
  • Requirements Analysis and Development:
    • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide technical support for Jira and Confluence users.
    • Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions to address those opportunities.
    • Implement changes to improve system performance, efficiency, and productivity.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Extensive expertise in analyzing, troubleshooting, implementing, and supporting Jira and Confluence Cloud.
    • Ability to manage Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud within a professional environment.
    • Comprehensive understanding of security policies, user management, best practices, design, usage, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Skills and Certifications:

    • Proficiency in Shell, Python, and Groovy scripting for automating tasks.
