Are you a seasoned Jira expert seeking new challenges? We are looking for an experienced administrator to take the lead in our Agile Release Train initiatives.

This role requires exceptional communication skills and hands-on experience in managing multiple projects and release trains in Jira.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and optimizing Jira standards, workflows, and integrations while supporting teams working in Scaled Agile environments.

  • Administer and optimize Jira/Confluence environments to ensure maximum efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Define standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports across projects to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • Support Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums, including PI Planning boards to facilitate effective collaboration and goal-setting.
  • Integrate Jira with tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Provide coaching, training, and reports to stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and outcomes.
  • Ensure platform stability, upgrades, and best practices adoption to maintain a high level of service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of Jira Administration experience is required.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, customization, and automation is essential.
  • Experience supporting Scaled Agile programs is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills are critical for success.
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and scripting is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with additional Agile tools and methodologies is a plus.
