Jira System Administrator

As a Jira system administrator, you will be responsible for managing and configuring Jira environments to support project tracking, issue management, and agile workflows.

  • You will play a crucial role in setting up and maintaining Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and custom fields.
  • The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of experience with system configuration maintenance, workflow issue management, automation scripting, reporting dashboards, and user support training.
  • You will administer Jira user accounts and groups, ensuring integration with tools like PowerBI, Python, and Jenkins.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Setting up and maintaining Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and custom fields.
  2. Administering Jira user accounts and groups, ensuring integration with tools like PowerBI, Python, and Jenkins.
  3. Implementing and maintaining custom workflows tailored to project needs.
  4. Creating and managing issue types, screens, and field configurations.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong technical skills, including PowerBI, Tableau, UML diagrams, M365 Suites of Products, Design Thinking And Ideation Workshops, Jira Service Desk, and Agile (Value-Driven Delivery).
