Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Specialist

This role is ideal for a skilled professional with experience in managing and maintaining complex IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees via remote access, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless provisioning of laptops, accounts, and tools.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for IT support procedures to facilitate effective troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Manage user permissions across various tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive data, adhering to industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar field.
  • Strong expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, endpoint protection, and security protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with colleagues as needed.
