School Partnerships Specialist

As a seasoned School Partnerships Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with schools and driving repeat participation in educational solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with schools, leveraging existing connections to onboard institutions into educational initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned schools, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive school participation and engagement, monitoring progress and gathering feedback.
  • Conduct orientation sessions, webinars, and events to strengthen relationships and improve outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of school interactions and ensure timely reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of experience in school relationship management, educational sales, or client servicing in the education sector.
  • Established network of 50–60 schools with strong professional relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience working with EdTech programs or assessment solutions.
  • Strong presence within the Delhi/NCR school network.
  • Ability to manage multiple school accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Willingness to travel locally/regionally when required.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Number of schools onboarded from existing networks.
  • School retention and repeat participation rates.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction scores.
  • Timeliness of payments and accuracy of handovers to operations.
