  • Creating a supportive learning environment

Our Academic Mentor will be responsible for:

Student Engagement & Support
  • Building positive, trusting relationships with students
  • Organizing and leading student activities, clubs, and programs
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and counselors
Academic Performance & Development
  • Monitoring student academic progress
  • Conducting continuous assessments and evaluations
  • Developing customized academic plans for students requiring additional support
Parent Communication & Collaboration
  • Maintaining regular communication with parents/guardians
  • Organizing and participating in parent meetings and conferences
  • Addressing parental concerns and providing guidance
Data Management & Analysis
  • Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, assessments, and behavioral observations
  • Preparing reports and conducting data analysis on student performance and development
  • Utilizing Management Information Systems (MIS) and other educational software
