We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Deputy Delivery Manager within our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be a certified coder with expertise in denial coding and excellent communication skills.
">Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure seamless service delivery aligned with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Establish and uphold efficient process documentation, ensuring timely updates.
- Oversee operations through meticulous planning, review of process documents, and root cause analysis.
- Provide guidance and support to new team members, fostering consistent growth and development.
- Monitor staff performance and implement strategies to meet attrition and shrinkage targets.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive management reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboard metrics.
- Experience in denial coding and certification from reputable organizations like AAPC or AHIMA.
- Proven track record in team leadership and effective communication.
