Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our team of professionals. As Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and ensuring daily deliverables are met.

  • You will develop expertise in different client offerings and workstations within areas like Fixed Income Analytics, Risk, Returns, etc.
  • Independently support client queries, e.g., Fixed Income analytics, Returns, Terms and Conditions of Fixed Income instruments, etc.
  • You will become an SME in end-to-end services operations support for clients, including workflows, data validation, and other processes.
  • Partner with regional and global leads, managers, directors of operations, and stakeholders to effectively manage initiatives.
  • Drive operational efficiency focusing on consistency between global teams
  • Regular presentations for regional and global teams, including review of KPIs and key goals for the team.
  • Efficiently lead projects that adhere to standards and continuous operations improvements.
  • Act as a point of contact during shifts and being resourceful to support the team and stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of minimum 7 members.
Eligibility Criteria:

A Postgraduate in MBA-Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Experience in building effective business relationships with cross-functional/geographical teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity of Fixed Income products (Rates, Bonds, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Commodities) is essential.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization is vital.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid model is also important.
