About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our lean journey, elevating performance and streamlining operations across our site. As a Lean – Site Continuous Improvement Leader, you will be responsible for leading improvement initiatives, coaching teams, and delivering measurable impact through lean methodologies and strategic project execution.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Capability Building: Invest in your own growth and support others through coaching, training, and professional development.
  • Lean Process Development: Identify inefficiencies and implement lean solutions to enhance manufacturing methods and systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion innovation and lead initiatives that deliver sustainable improvements in quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Project Leadership: Manage site-level projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver insightful reports and presentations that guide decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
  • Networking & Influence: Build strong relationships across teams and functions to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

You Bring

  • A minimum of 12–15 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement roles.
  • Deep expertise in lean tools, project management, and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • An innovative mindset, customer focus, and resilience in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to lead change, influence culture, and deliver results.
