Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management:
  • Conduct regular hygiene checks on pipeline data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Maintain the real-time dashboard by ensuring timely feeding of pipeline data
  • Marketing Management:
  • Lead marketing initiatives for software, partnerships & alliances
  • Work on documentation and database management for campaigns
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Deliver accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports without misses, ensuring timely distribution
  • Develop multi-dimensional performance review templates and views for key management personnel
  • Ensure board decks are prepared and delivered periodically
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows.
  • Design highly effective processes to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Reduce administrative tasks by automating processes and working on their implementation.
  • Inside sales & Lead generation activities :
  • Manage lead funnel with various avenues and track weekly recommendations
  • Set up meetings for team members
  • Coordination & alignment with HQ:
  • Work as a bridge between business functions and HQ to coordinate scheduled and ad-hoc reports, initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in MIS, inside sales operations, or sales operations
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven track record of designing optimized operational processes
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex information clearly
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
