Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead our business setup initiatives from inception. As the Business Program Manager, you will assume a key role in driving operational efficiency and informing strategic decisions through data analysis.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing all aspects of business data, distilling actionable insights to drive growth. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to ensure seamless execution across functions.

  • Data Insight Generation: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive data management strategies, yielding valuable insights that inform business outcomes.
  • Operational Ownership: Take charge of on-ground business operations, working in tandem with senior management to achieve desired results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster effective relationships between various business functions, serving as a liaison between teams to facilitate smooth problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
  • Process Optimization: Design and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for business and functional areas, leveraging technology solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • New Market Launches: Play a pivotal role in new market launches, acting as the primary point of contact for on-ground operations during the initial launch phase.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree from a reputable institution and an MBA from a top-tier university.
  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience in sales and program management, preferably in retail distribution or BFSI.
  • Proven project management expertise and comfort with data analytics are essential requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A high degree of ownership, ability to adapt quickly, and aptitude for developing new business skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
