Data-Driven Commercial Operations Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Operations Support Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with clients to support all aspects of incentive compensation design and implementation.
This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, evaluating performance metrics, and generating insightful reports for sales operations and management.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Goal Setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation (IC) admin processes for the sales field.
- Analyze sales data using SQL and advanced Excel skills to evaluate performance metrics and generate reports.
- Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.
- Sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, Goal Setting, and IC Health Check to support client with Sales ops activities.
- Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
