Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing and documenting business requirements, analyzing their impact, and supporting the business throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and document business requirements
  • Analyze the impact of changes and support the business throughout the implementation process
  • Understand business requirements and map them to system functionalities
  • Have technical experience in Oracle PL/SQL querying databases
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a related field
  • Exposure to working with data warehouses and regulatory reporting frameworks
  • Experience in anti-financial crime and transaction monitoring is desired
  • Bachelor's degree and/or finance-related courses with a proven record of accomplishment in banking or finance
  • ACAMS or similar industrial accreditation would be a plus
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a complex environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) and additional language(s) are an advantage
  • Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Understanding of executing projects in agile methodology
  • Ability to identify and interpret stakeholder needs and requirements
