Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Oversee opening and closing procedures, monitor inventory levels to optimize product availability, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth and meet/exceed sales targets by providing guidance and support to sales associates and implementing sales strategies and promotions.
  • Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric environment, handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, create a positive and collaborative work environment, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Financial Management: Monitor store finances, implement cost-effective measures to optimize profitability, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure security and safety protocols are in place, comply with relevant regulations, and maintain a secure and compliant work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a retail manager, preferably in the watch industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.
