Compliance Surveillance Operations Specialist

The Opportunity:
In this role, you will participate in and ensure the successful execution of certain compliance reviews and consulting work conducted by ACA Group for clients. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough analyses of clients' books and records for potential regulatory deficiencies, drafting reports, preparing documents, and summarizing findings for clients.
You will perform all duties for the Communications Surveillance Analyst and have additional responsibilities including providing guidance to Analysts, addressing issues that require escalation, and handling administrative tasks in the absence of the Communications Surveillance Supervisor.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet
