Description

The Tax Operations EMEA team at E902 DWS India Private Limited, Maharashtra Branch seeks a highly skilled Tax Operations Specialist to support the team's setup in Pune. As a key member, you will be responsible for coordinating the distribution process for Luxembourg and Irish fund ranges, compiling documentation, and monitoring the submission of tax report packages.

  1. You will work closely with the National Tax Operations Team to identify and implement standardization and/or automation of reports to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  2. You will support the Tax Reclaim team in coordinating the surveillance, analysis, and solution of tax breaks, as well as preparing tax reclaims in various countries.
  3. You will work with the International Tax Reporting team to publish and file tax reportings/tax declarations in various countries.
  4. You will support the Quality & Strategy team in identifying root causes for tax breaks, setting up checklists, and analyzing existing processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the coordination and monitoring of various tax processes for Tax Operations teams.
  2. Compile, process, and analyze tax data for Tax Operations teams.
  3. Monitor processes and prepare and submit tax data for Tax Operations teams.
  4. Support timely preparation of reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Graduate and/or 2+ years of experience in tax operational tasks.
  • Fluently speaks English.
  • Self-responsible and reliable work style, including time management skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills, VBA/Power BI/SQL skills are an added advantage.
