  • Team & Stakeholder Management: Provide effective team handling, mentoring, and guiding data management professionals. Cultivate strong relationships through proactive stakeholder management, ensuring alignment and collaboration across various business units.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in SAP MDM.
  • Proven expertise as a Functional MDM Lead with experience in master data governance.
  • Deep knowledge across master data domains: SKU, vendor, finance, and store.
  • Strong background in Data Strategy, Data quality & cleansing.
  • Experience in overseeing Data testing & implementations.
  • Ability to manage complex data workflows across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent Team Handling capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Stakeholder Management.
  • Strong overall Data Management experience.
