Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our organization.

  • About the Role:
  • This position involves managing high-quality material master data within SAP HANA, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across various functions.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to work efficiently under pressure.

This role demands a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Extend new material codes in various depots with HSN Code, Shipping point, planned price, standard cost for various materials in depots/plant across India.
  2. Maintain and handle Master data for Material Master Data.
  3. Utilize SAP MDO Tool to create new Code VERP, ROH , HAWA and other relevant codes for enhanced data quality.
  4. Work on Service now ticketing tool and MDO Tools for Workflow Testing and Materia Creation , extension and Change.
  5. Manage Material Master Change activity, Material Availability check in system, Material Stock Checking and stock transfer.
  6. Transfer materials using MIGO.
  7. Train end users on Material Activities like creation, change, Extension.
  8. Provide production data to create materers data, BOM, Routing, and WorkCentre through BDC Report.
  9. Perform tasks and roles assigned, understanding business exigency and supporting business by working extended hours if needed.
  10. Prepare various MDM MIS and DASHBOARD on daily/weekly basis.
  11. Adhere to the timeline as per defined SLA for respective activities.
