Job Title: Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Governance Specialist.

About the Role:
  • This position is responsible for overseeing the internal finance control systems, ensuring complete compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Responsibilities:

  2. Governance Practices: Design and implement effective governance practices to promote transparency, accountability, and good corporate governance within the organization.
  3. Policy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and review policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  4. Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs to employees on governance practices, internal finance control systems, and regulatory requirements.
