About the Role:

This is a pivotal position for an experienced professional to drive organizational excellence through effective governance policies and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Governance: Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of organization-wide governance policies and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and governance processes.
  • Metrics Management: Collect, analyze, and publish organization-level metrics to provide insights into performance, compliance, and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Standards Adherence: Ensure adherence to relevant standards and maintain a robust governance framework aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Governance Expertise: Strong understanding of governance principles, including product development lifecycle (PDLC) governance.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to produce meaningful metrics and reports.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Leadership and Initiative: Proven track record of taking initiative and leading projects to successful completion.
