Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Governance Expert to lead the design, implementation, and adoption of data governance solutions across enterprise environments.

About the Role

  • Lead deployments and manage data governance solutions for data protection, compliance, and risk management.
  • Define and implement data classification, labeling, and protection policies across cloud-native and hybrid environments.
  • Configure and manage data loss prevention, insider risk management, records management, and eDiscovery in our platform.
  • Integrate our platform with security services for end-to-end compliance enforcement.
  • Assess current data estate, identify compliance gaps, and propose remediation strategies.
  • Support data cataloging, lineage tracking, and metadata management to strengthen governance.
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and deliver technical documentation, training, and adoption workshops.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for our platform and its integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in data governance, security, or information protection.
  • Strong expertise with data governance platforms, including data loss prevention, insider risk management, and records management.
  • Proven track record with sensitivity labels, retention policies, and data classification frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of cloud security and compliance capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and Microsoft 365.
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks and ability to map them into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
