Ambitious Growth Manager
Role OverviewWe are seeking an ambitious and execution-driven growth manager to lead our expansion initiatives in the Mumbai market.
This role requires a deep understanding of the city's geography, demographics, standards of living, and real estate landscape.
The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth analysis of Mumbai's micro-markets to identify new expansion opportunities.
- Evaluate feasibility based on location, quality of life, demographics, and affordability.
- Track emerging hubs, residential/commercial clusters, and competitive landscape.
- Identify and onboard new supply partners and channels.
- Negotiate and finalise partnerships ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Plan and execute new centre launches with full ownership of profit and loss.
- Deliver on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly targets.
- Maintain dashboards and reports on existing and upcoming centres.
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular site visits to gather real-time insights.
- Liaise with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor operational quality and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and legal frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 - 5 Years of relevant experience in expansion, business development, real estate, or program management (Mumbai market exposure is a must).
- Strong business acumen with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently for centre visits and feasibility studies.
- Proven ability to manage P&L for new initiatives.
