Job Title: IT Project Delivery Specialist

  • Deliver and support large-scale projects in a given business capability, working closely with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of HR/P&O processes and structures that align with business objectives.
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops, facilitate meetings, and ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Delivery: Define, build, and implement enhancements to HR/P&O processes and structures that improve the P&O function's alignment to business objectives and ability to drive business results.
  2. Integration and Troubleshooting: Review and troubleshoot integration issues, solve problems, and provide application support/tweaking of written code.
  3. Release Management and Quality Assurance: Own/participate in key activities such as release management, regression testing, tenant management, data upload, major outage/communication/updates, and incident management.
  4. Application Life Cycle Services: Manage application life cycle services with WFS, ensuring system designs adhere to solution architecture design and are traceable to functional and non-functional requirements.
  5. System Design and User Experience: Ensure overall user experience is taken into account when designing new solutions, and peer-reviewed, formally documented, and signed off by business.
  6. Standardization and Sustainability: Define system design standards to improve and sustain standardization of solutions, adhering to architectural roadmap and supporting development, execution, and operations of solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT discipline.
  • 7+ years of IT experience, knowledge of the HR function and processes is mandatory.
  • At least 1 end-to-end WFS implementation of core Workforce Suite in a lead role or worked in Operations team for WFS support.
  • Experience in all phases of technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing).
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong written and verbal communication and ability to communicate effectively to non-technical audiences as well as senior technical personnel.
  • Understanding of payroll and time processes and exposure to payroll technology.
