Project Management Expert

This role is a pivotal position in our team, responsible for driving project success. The successful candidate will be the pillar of the team.

  • They will work closely with the project manager or senior project manager to drive project success.
  • The Project Manager Lead will take ownership of small projects and provide support to major ones.
  • As a leader, they will explore ways to bring out the best in their team and ensure optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • They will oversee the organisational structure for each project, ensuring clear objectives and streamlined reporting, communication, and working procedures.
  • Regular attendance to Project Control Groups (PCG) meetings is necessary to assist the project manager in creating accurate PCG reports.
  • Additionally, they will help drive the effective use of JLL technology, including Project Home Page (PHP), Prolog and Atlas.
  • Excellent budget management skills are required for this role, as they will need to forecast expenditure and ensure each process is within reasonable cost.

  • JLL has a long history of excellence in project delivery. This role will contribute to that legacy.
  • They will manage professional consultants necessary for design and documentation, carry out contract administration of all vendors professionally, and protect commercial interests.
  • Risks will be identified and measures implemented to mitigate them.
  • Project-related reports, analyses and reviews will be created.

Requirements

  • Expertise in property-related disciplines is essential.
  • At least three years of experience in design, construction or project management is required.
  • A collaborative approach is necessary to build open, constructive and respectful relationships with superiors, subordinates, peers and clients.
